Diamond Code Emails: The Personalized Monthly Drop for Members

Once a month or so, DoubleDown sends out a batch of Diamond Codes. They are among the biggest free chip offers the game gives away, and they arrive in a way most other codes do not: by email, addressed to you.

Diamond Club is DoubleDown's loyalty program. It is free to be in, everyone starts at the bottom, and members are sorted into eleven color tiers - White, Yellow, Pink, Blue, Red, Black, Cosmic, Fire, Orchid, Supernova and Royal. That color is what makes the monthly email personal.

One batch, a different code per color

Diamond Codes are not one code for everybody. The monthly batch contains a different code for each tier color, and the one DoubleDown emails you is the one matching your color. But once a batch is posted, every code in it can be collected by every player - your color decides what lands in your inbox, not what you are allowed to redeem.

The values differ by tier, and they can be large. In one month's batch, the Fire tier code was worth 750,000 chips.

Want to know which code will land in your own inbox? Find out what color you are. Click your round profile picture inside the game. The page that opens shows your Player ID, and your Diamond Color is on that same page.

Getting the email in the first place

The personalized emails only reach you if DoubleDown has you on its email list. Turning that on takes a moment inside the game.

1. Open DoubleDown Casino.
2. Click the menu button in the top right, next to your chip count.
3. Go into settings and look for the "email newsletter" option. While you are there, "mobile notifications" is worth switching on too.
4. Opt in, and wait for the word ACTIVATED to appear in green with a check mark.

That green ACTIVATED is your confirmation. Without it, the tailored emails - Diamond Codes among them - have nowhere to go.

When the emails stop, or never start

Email lists do drift. If DoubleDown's messages used to arrive and have gone quiet, that is worth a support ticket rather than a shrug.

Open one at https://support.doubledowncasino.com/hc/en-us/requests/new, sign in the same way you sign in to play, and choose the Emails category. Ask to be added back to the list. Only DoubleDown can put you back on it; we have no access to their mailing list.

If yours is late

Diamond Codes arrive roughly monthly, and roughly is the honest word. Some months they land later than players expect. That is normal, not a sign that something has gone wrong with your account.

They also tend to stay alive longer than an ordinary code, so a slow start to the month is rarely a lost cause.

We post every Diamond Code we get our hands on the moment it reaches us, so you can collect yours whether or not your own email turned up. Watch for them at https://www.ddpcshares.com/double_down_c ... tion_codes, and if your color's code is one we have not posted yet, send it to codes@ddpcshares.com so everyone can share it.
