How to Get DoubleDown's Email Chips (About Four a Day)
Posted: Fri Aug 14, 2026 8:07 am
DoubleDown sends out somewhere around four promotional emails a day. Each one tends to carry free chips. Add that up over a week and it is a serious pile of chips arriving in your inbox for nothing.
The catch is that you have to be on the list. Plenty of players have been playing for years without ever opting in, and have no idea what has been passing them by.
What DoubleDown sends
The four-a-day emails are the regular ones - free chip offers, sent to everyone on the list.
There are also emails written just for you. Anniversary messages are one. Diamond Code emails are another: those carry the monthly code for your Diamond Club color, and they only reach members who are on the email list.
That is the real reason to opt in. Public codes we can post for you. A personalized email can only go to your inbox.
Turning the emails on
This is done inside the game, not on a website.
1. Open DoubleDown Casino.
2. Click the menu button in the top right, next to your chip count.
3. Go into settings and find "email newsletter."
4. Opt in. While you are in there, opt in to "mobile notifications" as well - those are a separate free chip source and they cost nothing to switch on.
The green ACTIVATED check
Do not walk away from the settings screen until you have seen the word ACTIVATED appear in green, with a check mark beside it.
That green ACTIVATED is the whole point of the exercise. It is the game confirming you are actually on the list. Opting in without seeing it confirmed is how people end up wondering why nothing arrives.
Emails may not start the same minute. Give it a little time before deciding something is wrong.
When the emails stop coming
Sometimes they simply stop. An address goes stale, a list gets rebuilt, something changes at their end. It happens, and it is fixable.
Only DoubleDown can put you back on their list - we have no access to it at all. Open a ticket at https://support.doubledowncasino.com/hc/en-us/requests/new, sign in the same way you sign in to play the game, choose the Emails category, and ask to be added back.
Keep the message short and friendly, and say plainly that your emails have stopped and you would like to receive them again. Their replies show up under "activities" in your support account, so check there rather than only watching your inbox.
While you wait
Being on the email list is a bonus, not a requirement. Every public code we get our hands on goes up for everyone regardless.
You will find the day's batch waiting at https://www.ddpcshares.com/double_down_c ... tion_codes - and once your own emails start arriving, forwarding the good ones to codes@ddpcshares.com helps the next player in line.
