Diamond codes came out doubled on December 4th. You could ONLY redeem your own color code. If you did not get an email, we had huge issues sharing. You could not redeem any other color except Yellow and White which stayed at 300K So if you were BLUE which is 500K you got 1M coins when you redeemed your OWN EMAIL. We posted about this for about the first 8 days or more. There is nothing else we could do in December. WE TRIED!!! Codes expired a long time ago. We have no idea what will happen in January, we suggested those that do not get an email write support@doubledowncasino.com and ask for your email to be added.
People complained big time to the game thinking they deserved to be redeeming all the colors, when that was NOT their intention ever. It was a glitch we have enjoyed for over a year. After that million emails people got were no longer good for everyone and actually people stopped getting them. They are on to us. People ruined a good thing. Pay attention to our facebook page, we let our regular members know everything we knew. There are still people who think ddc took away something they had given us. THEY ARE WRONG. We were lucky and that is why we are worried about January. One lady called us liars...said we KNOW they work for everyone and why are we being hateful. SMH We do our very best to get you every single code/coin we can. STAY TUNED and KEEP your FINGERS CROSSED for 2026! ~Blondie
